Get yourself a 400ml bottle as these seem so much smaller than a big bottle and give yourself 'deadlines'.
One bottle before morning tea 10:00
One bottle before lunch 12:00
One bottle before afternoon tea 15:00
One bottle before dinner 18:00
One bottle after dinner 21:00
That's easily your 2L done!
