Project X Pan - I've finished!

Hi Pretties

I have some exciting news....Project X Pan is finished!

When I embarked on this crazy adventure in Mid May my pile of products I wanted to finish off look like this;

I quickly started using up some of the products that didn't have much left in them while others have taken longer.

My finale picture looks like this;

As you can see, I finished off quite a few products that were not part of Project X Pan.  18 items in total have been emptied over the past 6 weeks.

This is my full list;

Skin items chosen
Nutrimetics Clear Deep Cleansing Exfoliant - 1/8 remaining
Palmers Line Smoothing Eye Cream - 1/8 remaining
Bellamer Eye Balm Sample - 1/2 remaining
Bioderma Make Up Remover - 7/8 remaining

Hair items chosen
Chi Silk Infusion - 1/4 remaining

Make up items chosen
Maybelline Mineral Powder Foundation - 1/4 remaining
Benefit Hello Flawless Foundation Sample - 7/8 remaining
Loreal Matte Morphose Foundation - Scrapings really

Perfume
Calvin Klein Sheer Beauty Sample - 1/2 remaining
DKNY Pure Sample - 1/8 remaining

Extras
Lush Angels on Bare Skin
Dove Moisturiser
Sally Hanson Salon Effects
Face Of Australia nail polish remover
Swisspers facial cleansing wipes
Priceline facial cleansing wipes
Emergin C capsules
Savvy By DB black eyeliner
Target Cosmetic Pads
Blistex lip balm

As you may notice, two of the items from the original list are not pictured.

The Chi Silk Infusion still contains a 1/4 of product.  It is not because I'm not using it, it is because you only need a tiny amount in your hair.  I do really like this product so I'm not too sad it is not ended.  In fact I would rather keep it than try and rush through it.

The second item is the Benefit Hello Flawless foundation sample.  I'm throwing this out.  No matter how hard I try, orange is not my colour and I'd rather 'fail' Project X Pan than look like an Oompa Loompa.  Such is life.

My final thoughts on Project X Pan

Project X Pan was a great experience.  It was nice to re shop some old items in my collection and use up some old products.  If your a big spender on beauty items this may be a great project for you to take up.  The only thing I will do next time is not make a specific list but say that I can't buy any more products until I have finished up 10 items or so.

Congrats to me!  Haul time!

Project X Pan - 11, 12 and 13

Hi Pretties

Today was a big day for Project X Pan.  I finished my 11th, 12th and 13th items.  I am officially finished!

Firstly this morning I finished off a foundation that I had decided it was time to say goodbye to.  I have had this for about 18 months and I periodically re-visit it.  I forgot how much I actually liked it.  It is a shame that Maybelline discontinued it.  This seems to be a frequent problem for me with awesome foundations.

While this bottle is only small, I kept thinking that I would only get one or two more uses out of it when in fact I got several weeks.

I will miss this foundation.

Next I finished off my last use of this Bellamer eye balm sample that I got in a Bellabox.  When I'm feeling rich I will purchase a full sized product as it is $40.

You apply to the area around your eye for 15 minutes and then wipe away the excess product.  I found that 15 minutes was slightly too long to leave this on as it gave me tiny pimples around eyes but leaving for 8 minutes seemed to have the same results without the pimples.  I feels as though I can actually see my eyes looking more awake, smooth and pretty when I use this.

Lastly I finished off a lip balm by Blistex.  It is the Complete Moisture and contains SPF 15 (yea!).

This is a nice lip balm, but I will be going back to my trusted Nivea.  I did buy a two pack of the Blistex on super special though!

My list currently stands as follows;

Skin items chosen
Nutrimetics Clear Deep Cleansing Exfoliant - 1/8 remaining
Palmers Line Smoothing Eye Cream - 1/8 remaining
Bioderma Make up remover - 7/8 remaining
Bellamer Eye Balm Sample - 1/2 remaining

Hair items chosen
Chi Silk Infusion - 1/4 remaining

Make up items chosen
Maybelline Mineral Powder Foundation - 1/4 remaining
Benefit Hello Flawless Foundation Sample - 7/8 remaining
Loreal Matte Morphose Foundation - Scrapings really

Perfume
Calvin Klein Sheer Beauty Sample - 1/2 remaining
DKNY Pure Sample - 1/8 remaining

Extras
Dove Visable Beauty Moisturizer
Savvy by DB Mechanical Eye Pencil
Priceline Makeup remover wipes

Stay tuned for my final Project X Pan post!

Empty product review - Swisspers Spa Cleansing Wipes

Hi Pretties

I have another empty product review for you.  I am just ripping through products at the moment which is fun because it means I get to try new things, but it is also rather expensive!  Lucky I'm a bargain hunter and a bit of a hoarder so I stock up on things when I see them cheap.  Like these Swisspers Spa facial cleansing wipes with white tea extract.  I picked these and a few other packs of various types facial wipes up at Woolworths when they had a big sale so I got these for around $3.  I believe normal RRP is around $6.

This pack comes with 25 wipes and has a lovely smell to them.  I'm generally a fan of anything in green packaging for some reason and these were no exception.  The wipes are nice and large, not as thick as others but definitely still thick enough.  These do a nice job of removing all the make up from your face, including the eye area but I think if you have particularly sensitive eyes I would avoid this area.  My skin is pretty tough and I found they stung a little around the eyes.

I would repurchase these again at full price, but perhaps try another type in the Swisspers Spa range to see if there is one that is a little gentler on the eyes.  The hunt continues for the perfect facial wipe!

Do you have a go to facial wipe?

How to get the most out of your Lush Cleansing Bar

Hi Pretties

Last week I ran out of my favourite cleanser Lush Angels On Bare Skin and I was devastated.  I finally had to venture to my local Lush store on the weekend and even more devastating, they had run out of my precious Angels!

After a few tears and searching for something similar the lovely sales associate gave me a 50g sample of her favourite cleansing bar, Fresh Farmacy.  Coincidentally, I am loving this stuff.  When I got it home I scratched my head and racked my brain how I could use this in the shower without wasting it all.  After all, it is a soap like product and I didn't want to waste my precious Lush on suds.

I came up with the following idea to really get the most out of the cleansing bar.

If you are a Lush enthusiast, you know when you get a soap or cleansing bar it looks similar to this;

What I did is unwrap the cleansing bar and cut it into smaller pieces.  I then wrapped these in cling wrap to keep any moisture out and keep them as fresh as possible.

After this I took one of these smaller pieces and cut it into smaller pieces again.  About half a centimetre pieces.  I call these my 'day pieces' as you get one or two uses out of pieces this size.

I wasn't quite sure how I could store this in the shower nicely and I remembered I had the old pot from my Angels on Bare skin that I kept for the 'back to Lush' program and I popped these into that.

A few extra tips!

* Take a piece out of the container before your shower and pop it on top of the lid so you don't put wet hands into the tub

* Store your Lush products out of the bathroom in a dry place to help them keep longer

* You don't need a Lush tub to store your products, a little Clip It or Tupperware container will do the trick.

Project X Pan - 9 & 10 down! But am I finished?

Hi Pretties

Well it has happened.  I've used up over 10 items for Project X Pan.  But they were not all on my list!  In the last couple of days I have finished off my 9th and 10th item.  I have finished off a couple more products lately but they are not really note worthy.  When I call it quits on PXP I'll give you a full list of the products I have finished up.

The first product I finished up was in fact on my list and it is the Palmers Cocoa Butter Line Smoothing Eye Cream.  I really do like this product and will definitely be repurchasing in the future after I finish up some sample eye creams I have laying around to use up.

I use this night and day all over my eye and surrounds and it absorbs nicely into the skin.  Eye cream for me at this stage is more of a preventative measure so I can't really tell if it is doing too much.  Ask me in 10 years!

The next item I finished I am not so excited about.  I finished off my Lush Angels on Bare Skin cleanser!  Oh no!  This has holy grail status for and I am desperate to buy another tub.  I simply can't wait until PXP is done as my skin is starting to get dry and flaky from using a cleanser I have laying around.  Problem is there is only one Lush stand in my town and it is in a shopping centre that is always super busy and hard to find a park at.  I may have to make the trip tomorrow though and fight the hoards of people to get my precious, precious cleanser.

So my list now looks as follows;

Skin items chosen
Nutrimetics Clear Deep Cleansing Exfoliant - 1/8 remaining
Palmers Line Smoothing Eye Cream - 1/8 remaining
Bioderma Make up remover - 7/8 remaining
Bellamer Eye Balm Sample - 1/2 remaining

Hair items chosen
Chi Silk Infusion - 1/4 remaining

Make up items chosen
Maybelline Mineral Powder Foundation - 1/4 remaining
Benefit Hello Flawless Foundation Sample - 7/8 remaining
Loreal Matte Morphose Foundation - Scrapings really

Perfume
Calvin Klein Sheer Beauty Sample - 1/2 remaining
DKNY Pure Sample - 1/8 remaining

Extras
Dove Visable Beauty Moisturizer
Savvy by DB Mechanical Eye Pencil
Priceline Makeup remover wipes

So as you may notice there is another item crossed off that I am no longer using as part of PXP.  I've decided that even though I don't want to waste it, the Benefit Hello Flawless Foundation is never, ever going to be a good shade for me.  Especially now it is winter.  Orange is not my shade.  So I'm binning this item and calling it quits.

That leaves me two products left to use up.  The Bellamer eye sample which has around 2 uses left and the Maybelline Mineral Powder Foundation that just wont quit!  I'm guessing I have 2 weeks left to use it up?  Very exciting as I'm getting the Illamasqua foundation to use after!

What have you used up?

Review - Face of Australia Sheer Gloss Lip Crayons

Hi Pretties

I thought that I should do a review of the Face of Australia Sheer Gloss Lip Crayons since I have just given away a set.  These are a new product to Face of Australia.  A little bonus, they are against animal testing.

When you purchase these they come in a set of 3 for $14.95 which is not a bad price.  While these are marketed at being a sheer gloss I actually think the red and nude have quite a good colour payoff while the pink is quite sheer.

They have a wind up mechanism at the bottom and a clear cap on the top.  My one real dislike with these is that the lid does not have any type of locking system to it and just really sits on there.  I'm a bit scared of just throwing it in my bag and when I pull it out it will be all broken and there will be lip crayon all through my bag!

Macaron: The red shade is quite cool tone and I find this to be the most pigmented.  This is my favourite in the set and I think it is the perfect red lip when you are too scared to wear that big bold red lip.

Cupcake: Is a quite sheer.  I hink this is the sheerest of the three.  Again this is quite blue toned and also the most moisturising.  I don't think this is an overly exciting shade on me, but on someone with less pigmented lips it might have some more colour.

Sundae: The 'nude' of the bunch.  I actually find this colour to be more of a pink than a nude but still quite pretty.  It is also pretty moisturising which is a bonus.

All in all I think these are pretty good for the money.  Check out my lip swatches below!

June Lust Have It - Open Box

Wow pretties.  This year is rolling around so fast.

This week saw the arrival of both Bellabox and LustHaveIt.  This is the first month that the ex-Glossyboxes and the LustHaveIt's received the same box.  You think they would go off with a bang.  Firstly there was no tracking number for this box so I didn't know when it was coming (except that I seemed to be one of the last bloggers to receive my box this month!)

I can't say I'm impressed with this months box/bag.  Although the bright purple bag is kind of fun though, I'd rather something disposable as I really don't need all of these bags.  Here is what I received.  Please excuse the pump bottle in the background I needed to hold everything up somehow.

The first product I received is a travel size Batiste dry shampoo.  While this will come in handy as I do love the Batiste dry shampoo and am a regular re-purchaser, I wouldn't call a product that retails for $9.99 full size a luxury sample.

The second and third products I pulled out were perfume samples.  I HATE perfume samples.  I already have the perfumes I like so I always dislike receiving a perfume sample, let alone 2 samples.  I feel as though they couldn't come up with enough products to give people so they gave them there.  By the way, you can get these free at most counters anyway.  The scents I got were Mark Jacobs 'Lola' and Roberto Cavalli 'self titled?'

Fourth product is a little better.  It is by Bloom and it is a liquid eyeliner.  I got the colour Star Gazer which is a black/silvery glitter.  This is a bit more fun but I'm also not sure how much use I will get out of glittery eyeliner.  At 25 I kind of feel a little old for it, so I'm not sure who older receivers of this will feel.  I guess you can rock glitter at any age though.

Fifth and sixth are by Lon Vitalite 24k gold.  These are both masks, one facial and one for the eyes.  I'm pretty meh on these.  I guess they will be a bit of fun.

So there you have it.  June LustHaveIt.  Can't say I'm impressed.  Hopefully next month will be better!

Caitlin's Sunday Night Haul

Hi pretties!

As you know I've been on Project X Pan so I've been on a hauling ban.  (Sad face)  However over the past couple off weeks I've accumulated a few beauty items as gifts and a trial so I finally have some things to show you :)

The first couple of items I got in my gift bag from Chicks At the Flicks.  This is the Imperial Leather foam burst shower gel and the Cedel dry shampoo travel size.    If you don't have Chicks at the Flicks in your town it is basically a monthly even run by Event Cinemas where they screen a chick flick a couple of days before it comes out and it is generally all women in the audience.  In the foyer before the movie starts they have stalls and champagne and sometimes a fashion parade.  You get a gift bag for attending which normally has some vouchers, a couple of beauty items, a magazine, some chocolate and some Moxie products.  Pretty sure I have a lifetime supply of Moxie products now!

I received the Rimmel Sexy Curves mascara for becoming a finalist in the Beauty Heaven Blog Star Awards.  I am yet to try this but I love the shiny packaging.

I got the Nailene products in the mail on Friday from Beauty Heaven as I am part of a trail team for this product.  They look like fun and I'm looking forward to trying them when my current nail design starts to fade.

The last three items, the FOA sheer gloss lip crayons and the two Sally Hansen Salon Effects I got as a present off my man :)  I'm currently wearing one of the sets which are little birdies and they are so cute.

Well that's my haul!

What have you guys hauled lately?

Empty Product Review - FOA Nail Polish Remover

Hi Pretties!

I'm done with another product.  This is not being included in Project X Pan as I had to go right out and buy another bottle as I can't live without nail polish remover!

I trialed the Face of Australia Nail Polish Remover 'Strengthening' which cost around $3.  This is a nice nail polish remover.  It removes nail polish very quickly without drying and really does strengthen.

A nice buy and very inexpensive.

June Bellabox - Open Box

Dear Bellabox

You have redeemed yourself.  I LOVE June's box.

I received;

Kiss Nail Dress Designs - No 28 Jeweled Stripes: These are super cute and will be a lot of fun on my girls night out on the weekend.

Fendi perfume - Fan Di Fendi: This is an interesting perfume sample as it comes in a sachet rather than a little pump bottle.  I'm not sure how this is going to work but I'll give it a go.

Benefit - The Porefessional sample: Even in their samples the packaging is really attractive and generous.  I'm looking forward to this Benefit sample.

Pure Fiji body butter - Frangipani: Pretty self explanatory really.  I have not opened this yet so I'm not sure how this smells.

Let's Get Fresh - Olive leaf drops:  Apparently you pop a drop when you feel a cold coming on.  We shall have to see.

Facial Fresh - Hyrda Surge - Cloth Facial Treatment Mask: This looks like fun.  I didn't really like the Biotherm one we received a few months ago so hopefully this one is a little better and less drippy.

Nak - Diamond Polish: Who doesn't like a full sized product.  I do like Nak products and am looking forward to using this polish.

Well that's my Bellabox for June.  A very nice box with something for everyone.

Let's talk about those white flakes.....

Flakes, snow, dandruff, psoriasis, eczema, dry scalp, crusty.

You guys know what I'm talking about.  Let's have a chat about those little white flakes on your shoulders that make you shudder and wear scarves and light tops to hide your embarrassment.

Flakes affect most people at some stage during their lives.  There are many causes including heat, cold, chemicals, excess product, excess sebum, weather change and just about anything you can imagine!  For me personally, the change in seasons causes me to get a dry scalp which leaves me with those nasty flakies.

So regardless of what they are, what can you do about?

Switching shampoos - Many 'drugstore' shampoos contain detergents such as sodium lauryl sulfate and sodium laureth sulfate.  These can be quite harsh on sensitive scalps as they strip the natural oils from the scalp.  Try a gentler natural shampoo or find a salon brand which doesn't contain these products.  Sodium laureth sulfate is the lesser of the evils, so try to find a shampoo containing only this chemical.  FYI: Head and  Shoulders contain both of these chemicals and can be quite harsh for a lot of people.  If it strips the colour from your hair, imagine what it does to your scalp!

Lather twice - Your shampooing technique can be quite helpful as well to prevent flakies.  Shampoo twice giving your scalp a good scrub each time.  The first time can loosen the flakes and the second time can wash them away.

Try and ACV rince - What's ACV you say?  Why it is Apple Cider Vinegar of course.  Make up a mixture of one part ACV (or white vinegar will work fine) and three parts water and use this mixture as a final rinse on your hair.  It will also make your hair nice and shiny!  Don't worry about the vinegary smell, once your hair is dry it will disappear.

Don't scratch!

Use Jojoba oil - Before you wash your hair rub some jojoba oil into your scalp and leave for an hour.  Wash out with a gentle shampoo or conditioner.

Switch to Co-Washing - Co-washing is conditioner only washing.  This means you use conditioner to wash instead of shampoo.  It is best to use a conditioner that is very simple in ingredients.  I like Pears clarifying conditioner in Australia or if you are reading from another country, I hear Suave is great!  You also want to choose a conditioner that doesn't contain silicone's for this.  Basically use the conditioner like a shampoo and rinse well!  You an double conditioner from the ears down with a more moisturizing conditioner if you like.

Use a Coal Tar shampoo - This is my favourite method.  A coal tar shampoo is a medicated product designed to rid your scalp of flakies.  I am in love with the Neutrogena T Gel Shampoo.  I've been using this for well over 12 months now and I have about one use left in the bottle.  As I said I only get the flakes seasonally so I only need to use this every few months.  I find with this particular product I only need to wash my hair once and voila, flakes are gone!  It does smell pretty disgusting but it works.....

The worst thing about flakes is that there is not one method for everyone.  Through trial and error you can find the perfect method for you.  It did take me years to figure out how to tame mine and I'm so glad I have.  Neutrogena T/Gel all the way for me combined with a very gentle salon branded shampoo.

What are your methods for controlling those flakes?

Jewellery Haul!

Hi Pretties!

As you know I'm still on Project X Pan so I am not buying any make up or beauty products, but some jewellery caught my eye this weekend that was on super special!

Firstly I picked up these three bracelets at Lovissa.  They were 3 for $10!

I also picked up these earrings at Target.  They were all 50% off so they were $2.50 each!  I love the little knot ones.

I also purchased this jewellery organizer this weekend too.  It is double sided so it fits the same amount again on the other side.  This was $7 at Aldi!

I hope you all had a great Queens Birthday Long weekend!

Project X Pan - 7 & 8 down

So why is it when I embark on Project X Pan, I seem to run out of everything at one?

I've finished off another two products, both not on my list!  But hey, they are products that have been hanging around.

The first product I finished off I received in my Priceline Gift With Purchase a couple of months ago.  It is the Priceline Calming 3 in 1 Facial Wipes.  This pack comes with 25 wipes and a handy self seal sticker that keeps the remaining wipes fresh.

These wipes are quite nice.  The fragrance is harmless and they are not too dry but not too moist they run down your face.  They are very gentle and do a pretty good job at removing your make up.  The only thing I found they struggled on is my Essence Gel Liner but I am yet to find a product that removes it nicely.  I will repurchase these wipes.

The next item I finished off is a mechanical eye pencil by DB by Savvy.  By finished off I mean I wound it up to see how much was left and the remainder snapped off when I was winding it down.  Sad face :-(  I got this on special for about $3 probably a year ago and it is a great mechanical eye pencil.  The packaging is quite nice and firm and comes with a smudger on the end.  It did have a cap on it but that is long lost.  I don't use the smudger anyway.  The colour of this pencil is black but it is not BLACK black.  That would probably be my only complaint with this.  It is nice and long wearing too.  I would repurchase this, but I believe it is discontinued and I have enough eye pencils to last me about a year!

So I've actually finished off 8 items now.  That leaves 2 to go until I finish PXP but not all of the goodies on my list will be gone!  I'm going to take the Chi Silk Infusion off my list and I don't see it going anywhere anytime soon as there is A LOT left and you only use a tiny amount but I still plan on using up the 4 other products before finishing Project X Pan.

Empty Product Review - Loreal Extra Volume Collagene

Hi Pretties

Today I have an empty product review for you, and well this product is not actually finished but I have had it for 2 months and I HATE IT SO MUCH I JUST WANT IT GONE.

I think this mascara is crap.  Crap, crappy, crapola.

When I first opened it up the product really wet and I was struck by the mammoth size of the applicator and the weird bobble shape.  While it did begin to dry out after a couple of days, one thing did not change about this mascara. The goop it plastered all over your eye lashes

As you can see from the applicator there are tiny chunks of mascara on the fibre wand and rather than distributing a nice even application, this goop just transfers onto your eyelashes.

I'll give it one point for making your lashes look volumized and thick.  But this is because they are covered in little goopies.

YUCK.

Thumbs down Loreal.  I'm glad I got this on special.  For a brand that produces some great stuff, this is a really poor product.

I'm not going to add this to my Project X Pan is it is not on my original list and not really a finished product.  I am going to chuck it though because I hate it and it is over 2 months old.

Random Tip

Apply lip balm to your lips before starting your make up routine.

This way, by the time you get to lipstick your lips will be soft and primed and make your application much smoother as the lip balm will have had a chance to settle in!

Project X Pan - 6 down!

Boom!

Another one bites the dust......

This time I have finished off the Bioderma Crealine H20 (Make up remover) that I received in the May LustHaveIt. While this is a great travel sized product, I tend to hoard travel size products and do way more hoarding and less travelling.  So I'm going to use up my travel bits and pieces.

This product is ok.  Not brilliant and certainly not worth the price tag, but it is very very gentle and I think it would be great for sensitive skin.

NOTD - Essie Lady Like

Hi Pretties

It's been a while since I posed a nail of the day!  It's not that I have not been wearing nail polish, I promise I have!  I've just been wearing darker colours a lot and my application is pretty shoddy so I have not felt the photos have been nice enough :-(

Anyway today's nail is by Essie and the colour is called Lady Like.  This came in the Essie Fall Collection Cube I purchased back in March.  It is a lovely fleshy/mauvey/pinky colour.

What's on your nails?

Tutorial - Rimmel Glam Eyes Smokey Noir Quad

Hi Pretties

Today I'm going to do a photo tutorial for you all.  This is using the Rimmel Glam Eyes Smokey Noir Quad.
I'm hoping to do more one quad tutorials for you guys so let me know if you like them!

Step One - Prime Your Eyes

Step Two - Take the highlight colour on your brush of choice and apply all over your eyelid and up to the brow bone and into the inner corner

Step Three - Take the second lightest colour and apply from about half way over the outer half of the lid

Step Four - Take the second darkest corner and just place into the crease in a windscreen wiper motion on a fluffy crease brush

Step Five - Take the darkest colour on a smaller flat brush and line under your eyes about half was across

Step Six - Create a light upwards like a wing with the shadow

Step Seven - Take the same brush and pull that line inwards to soften it up.  Darken up the outer lid with the colour as well without taking any more on your brush

Step Eight - Use a blending brush to get rid of the harsh lines

Step Nine - Fill in your brows

Step Ten - Line your upper lash line

Step Eleven - Curl your lashes

Step Twelve - Apply mascara

Step Thirteen - Apply a white or nude eyeliner onto your water line.  If you use white, just do a light line so it does not look to stark

Voila!  The finished look :)

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial.

Applying foundation series - Episode 1 - Fingers (VIDEO)

Hi Pretties

Happy Sunday!  I hope you all had a great weekend.

I had an interesting weekend.  I set myself a challenge that I would have a zero spend weekend (excluding grocery shopping and petrol) and I did pretty well.  I spent 50 cents renewing a dvd at the shop and that I pinched from my partner so I spend zero of my own money.  Yea!  Was a nice challenge.  You guys should give it a go and let me know how you go :)

Anyway, no haul again tonight due to Project X Pan so take a look at my explanation post of whats coming up over the next few weeks!

Here is Episode 1 - Applying foundation with your fingers.

Enjoy!

Where are the hauls and whats with the videos?

Hi Pretties

As you know I like to do a weekly haul on Sunday nights.  I'm currently doing Project X Pan though, so there is no hauling going on.

So I've decided to try to keep Sunday nights a little special so I'm going to do a video every week!  It may be a review or a tutorial or a how to or just something else a little different.

To start off I'm going to do a series on how to apply foundation....

I hope you enjoy this and don't miss the hauls too much :)

Project X Pan - 3, 4 & 5 down!

Hi Pretties

Happy Friday!

Today was a BIG day for Project X Pan.  I finished off three products!  2 were on my list and one was a product I was not expecting to finish off but hey, its done and it counts :)

First product I finished this morning was the last spray of my Calvin Klein Sheer Beauty sample.  I got this in my May LustHaveIt and while it is quite pretty, it is not for me.

I also finished off this morning my go to foundation.  It is the Loreal Matte Morphose Souffle foundation.  I LOVE this foundation.  When I first tried it in January this year I was so excited to finally find my HG foundation.  It matches me perfectly, I don't get greasy after wearing it, it is just fantastic.

.......The it started.  I started seeing this foundation marked down to $15 and then $10 and finally...IT'S GONE!  Nooooooo!

Luckily I stocked up and have two spares :)  I'll be waiting until I finish off the other foundations in my PXP before I open a new one.

Th next product I finished off was not on my PXP list, but hey, it's a product I needed to use up.  It is the Dove Visable Beauty moisturizer.  Not a great moisturizer.  The fragrance is so strong it almost gives me hay fever and I find the consistency is a little thin where I prefer thicker moisturizers.

BYE BYE my products.
